Q. When do Kits Ship?
A. Kits ships no later than the 12th of each month. If the 6th falls on a weekend or holiday, kits will be shipped the following Monday. Occasionally we experience delays in shipment due to product or manufacturing delays. We will notify our members via e-newsletter if this occurs.

Q. How do I know what the next kit will be?
A. Each month we send out a Sneak Peek of the upcoming kit. These are sent via e-newsletter. You must sign up to receive these email notifications. (link to sign up box)
Q. Are ideas included in each kit?
A. We do not send paper newsletters with our kits. Each month we send out an E-Newsletter (link to sign up box). These are filled with ideas, projects, tips, sketches, and more. We also update our Design Team Kit Ideas section each month (link to kit ideas). Our member message board and forum is another fantastic place to get ideas, share ideas, or ask questions about our kits (link to message board)
Q. If a kit is not my style, can I skip a month?
A. Yes. After we send out the sneak peek, if you do not wish to receive the upcoming kit, please email us. If we have already processed cards for the month, you will be credited for the following month’s kit. The month will be added to the end of your membership.
Q. How do I renew my membership?
A. After your 3 or 6 month membership is expired, we will automatically renew your membership. You do not have to do anything. This ensures you do not miss out on any upcoming kits. Your membership will renewed at the 6 month rate and will continue until you notify us otherwise.
Q. How do I update my account information?
A, Click on Member Updates at the bottom of the home page. You will be redirected to a SECURE message form. Here you can update your payment, address, or membership information.
